The most powerful  effects with Breathwork really happen on a One to One session

The majority of the population only uses about 25% of their full capacity, so it’s no surprise that improper breathing is a contributor to ill health. As human beings, we retain emotional baggage within our bodies and, in doing so, we create physical, mental and emotional blockages.

Deep Conscious Connected Breathwork helps to release the blockages and transform the energetic field.

I offer a multitude of breathing techniques either on Zoom or face to face to help people to access the full potential of the respiratory system for better physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Sessions are bespoke specifically for the clients needs.

The sessions begin with a short consultation, followed by a breath analysis. The client will be observed on how he/she is currently breathing and asked questions about what they want to achieve. After this the client will be guided through a breathing session.

It might be improving asthma, or coping with panic or anxiety attacks. It might be letting go of unwanted emotions and releasing tensions that are deep within. Also the client will work with acupressure, movement, sound and affirmations.

Each breathing session is unique so it’s best to come with an open mind and not to have expectation.

The first session usually lasts around 90 minutes, allowing to evaluate the client’s needs. Subsequent sessions last an hour to 90 minutes. Clients are advised to come between 3 – 5 times in order to be able to practice the techniques by themselves on a regular basis.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You must advise of any changes 48 hours prior to the session or you will be charged the full amount.
